Shipping policy

All items are dispatched through Australia Post. Upon fulfilment of shipping, a tracking number will be sent and updated through email notification. 

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. However, in rare cases processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to stock availability or high order volumes.

Please note that OnTheRunCo doesn't accept responsibility for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. 

OnTheRunCo will not be held liable for any customs/duties/taxes-related fees that might be incurred from orders internationally. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How long does shipping take?

Our current estimated shipping times for all orders within Australia are:

• Standard Shipping: 2-8 Business Days
• Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

For international (New Zealand) delivery- please allow 6-9 business days for express shipping to receive your parcel.
