Refunds: When making your selections, please be aware that we do not offer refunds. We value your choices and want to ensure your satisfaction from the get-go.
Returns/Exchanges Window: You have up to 14 days* from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, after 14 days, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
Store Credit: For your convenience, our store credit never expires.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To arrange a return for an exchange or store credit, please send an email to our friendly team at info@ontherunco.com.au
Return Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. The email will confirm the receipt of your item and indicate whether your request for store credit or exchange has been approved or rejected.
